Siobhan joined Naspers as Global Head of Mobility in June 2016, where she is responsible for all aspects of mobility including global benefits and payroll. She was previously an executive director at EY and led the Mobility Performance Improvement team for EMEIA. She has 30 years’ experience in global mobility as both a practitioner and consultant working for ORC Worldwide, Mercer, Thomson Reuters, Deloitte and EY.
Siobhan has extensive experience in large mobility transformation projects including mobility strategy, overall programme improvement, policy design, change management and programme implementation. She is a Companion of the CIPD, Member of SHRM and World at Work. She is a board member of the Permits Foundation, was member of the Advisory Councils of People in Aid and AHRMIO. In 2010 she received an industry award for her outstanding contribution to the field of global mobility.
Mark began his career as an expat tax advisor for international clients with PWC, and later became an in-house global mobility manager for Deloitte in the Netherlands. He lived and worked for three years in South Africa as Global Mobility Lead for Unilever. In 2015, Mark joined Arup in London as Head of International Mobility.
Since 1 November 2018, Mark has been based in Amsterdam as Head of Global Mobility with Booking.com. Mark is a registered Global Mobility Strategic Talent specialist (GMS-T ) with the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and a regular speaker at global mobility industry conferences.
Simon has spent over 20 years in mobility working both in-house and at one of the Big Four. During that time he has headed up global mobility, reward and HR functions and has lived abroad himself. Simon is currently a partner at Talent Mobility Search, specialising in recruiting for senior mobility roles in large international organisations.
Chris is an award-winning global mobility thought leader who has helped more than 100 mobility functions in over 30 countries to overcome their mobility challenges and increase their strategic relevance. Chris is based in Switzerland and provides strategic global mobility advice on a global basis.
Karen has spent the past 16 years in global mobility, leading high profile in-house teams. Karen is innovative and forward thinking about mobility whilst ensuring that she is aligning solutions specifically to an organisation’s values and vision. She has a proven track record in leading award-winning mobility teams. Highly networked globally, with a strong reputation in the marketplace. Presenter, panellist and facilitator at global mobility conferences internationally. Very passionate about what she does and how she does it! Karen is currently based in London.
